Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in Tucson and surrounding markets. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to revenue delivery, building trusted relationships with business owners and demonstrating how Genius solutions can improve operations.

With at least one year of outside sales experience in B2B or B2C, you’ll negotiate, present persuasively, and spend substantial time in the field.

Qualifications

• At least one year of success in B2B or B2C outside sales, with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong ability to communicate, present and negotiate, both in person and virtually.
• Confidence building relationships quickly and earning trust with business owners.
• A competitive, self‑driven mindset with the energy to achieve and exceed goals.
• Ability to think like a client and connect solutions to real business outcomes.
• Valid driver's license and comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field.
• Residence within two hours of the territory to stay connected and responsive.
