Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, outside sales preferred
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Hunter mentality with consistent prospecting
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience using a CRM
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new B2B opportunities in your territory
• Generate new business via cold calling, networking, referrals, in-person prospecting
• Identify and connect with business owners, property managers, operations leaders
• Conduct onsite meetings to understand client operations and service needs
• Develop and present customized proposals
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up on opportunities
• Use CRM to track activities and progress
• Partner with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Represent the company at local networking events
