Job summary
MSH in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own the domestic B2B order queue, ensuring orders are processed accurately, completely and on time while serving as the primary contact for pricing, availability, delivery and order status.
You will work closely with shipping, the warehouse and production teams, handle returns and credits, and communicate nonconforming issues to customers and internal stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in B2B customer service or order management.
- Experience handling orders for a physical product: entry, invoicing, returns.
- Detail-focused with high accuracy on orders and invoices.
- Professional written communication, primarily via email.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; ERP/EDI experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the domestic B2B order queue and process overnight EDI orders.
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Answer questions about pricing, availability, delivery and status.
- Invoice sales and process returns, credits and claims.
- Coordinate product samples for customers and sales team.
- Collaborate with shipping, warehouse and regional sales reps.
