Job summary

Custom Mosaics & Design is seeking an experienced, dependable individual to manage the full customer order cycle in a hands-on role. You will review and enter purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, answer B2B inquiries, and coordinate with production and shipping to keep orders on schedule.

The position also handles shipping questions, invoicing after shipment, and basic accounts receivable tasks. A professional, detail-oriented communicator with 2+ years of related experience will thrive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B customer service, order processing, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience processing orders for business accounts.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to changing processes.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to catch errors in numbers, pricing, and addresses.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer purchase orders and enter or verify them in our order system.
• Catch and resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantities, and ship-to information before orders move forward.
• Answer B2B customers by phone and email about orders, product info, availability, pricing, and shipping.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and other customer requests.
• Coordinate with production and shipping staff to keep orders accurate and on schedule.
• Process shipments and verify addresses, account information, and shipment details.
• Handle shipping questions and delivery issues.
• Invoice completed orders after shipment.
• Record customer payments and apply them to open invoices.
• Answer basic customer account and billing questions.
• Provide general office support as needed.
