Gibraltar seeks a Customer Care Representative to act as the primary contact for B2B customers within a manufacturing environment. You will support order management, deliver updates, and coordinate with production, logistics, and sales to ensure accurate orders and responsive service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer operations experience in manufacturing or distribution, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years in customer service/order management/account support.
• Experience supporting B2B customers in manufacturing/construction products or distribution.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via email, EDI, and occasional phone.
• Enter and maintain accurate order information in ERP.
• Serve as primary contact for product availability, status, lead times, shipments, and pricing.
• Communicate proactively on order updates and delivery changes.
• Coordinate with production, operations, inventory, and shipping to meet customer expectations.
• Research and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain customer records in Oracle, Salesforce, or other ERP systems.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships with high service level.
• Assist with general office support and admin tasks.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
