Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and internal teams by handling inquiries, quotes, order updates, and product questions. You will manage multiple email inboxes and help with pricing updates while gaining a deep knowledge of our product catalog.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech‑savvy, and effective in a B2B e‑commerce setting, with strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B e-commerce customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for professional emails.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and products.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Onsite work five days per week.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in science, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple email inboxes promptly.
• Prepare and process product quotes for customers.
• Update customers on product availability, order status, shipping, and lead times.
• Learn extensive product catalog and answer questions confidently.
• Reconnect with previous customers to identify new needs.
• Assist with basic website pricing and product updates.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems.
