Qualifications

• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy.
• Has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website, SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers for technical articles and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, outreach) and report results monthly.
• Keep brand messaging and claims accurate and consistent across all public channels.
