Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing within the AEC/construction/engineering/industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy for technical audiences.
• Has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and learn compaction tests.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with engineers.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
