Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the website and search performance, manage the qualifications library, and drive campaigns that generate business development opportunities. You will curate content calendars with engineers, author technical articles, and build project stories and case material.

The role focuses on accurate branding across channels and measurable outcomes, coordinating with labs and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy; has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates.
• Produce content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) for markets, report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across channels.
