Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Market Business Development Manager in Los Angeles, CA to drive new customer acquisition and profitable growth in a key geographic market.

This hunter-focused outside sales role requires prospecting, developing, and closing new B2B customers, while building a qualified pipeline with leads, referrals, and field activities in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, heavy duty, commercial fleet, industrial, battery, parts distribution or related B2B channels.
• Proven ability to develop business from self-generated leads and company-provided opportunities.
• Experience managing sales through discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and activation.
• Experience with CRM platforms to manage prospecting, opportunities, pipeline, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and incremental growth in assigned geographic market.
• Hunter-focused outside sales targeting new B2B customers.
• Identify, prospect, develop and close new opportunities; build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers, branch teams, and leadership.
• Own opportunities from identification through activation and transition to the Territory Sales Manager.
