Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Telemarketer (B2B Lead Generator / Appointment Setter) to join our office team in a hybrid/remote-friendly role. This position runs 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, offering a base salary with uncapped commission, and a clear pathway into Outside Sales management.

You’ll perform high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team, using multi-channel outreach to build rapport and move prospects

Qualifications

3–5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience.
Comfort with high-volume outbound activity.
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and decision-makers.
Multi-Channel Outreach: engage prospects via phone, email, text, and social media and support targeted campaigns.
CRM & Pipeline Management: track outreach in the CRM and ensure smooth handoff to Outside Sales.
