Job summary

Coverall North America, Inc. is seeking a motivated Lead Generator / Appointment Coordinator to drive high-volume outbound calling and set quality appointments for the sales team.

The role requires confidence on the phone, 80+ calls per day, and strong CRM/data entry skills. The position offers a 32-hour work week with in-office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, remote Wednesday, and Friday off, at $26.00 per hour, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outbound calling and CRM experience or strong customer service with phone skills.
• Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day to connect with decision-makers.
• Able to navigate gatekeepers and secure appointments with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Make 80+ outbound calls daily to businesses in the assigned territory.
• Navigate gatekeepers and identify the decision-makers.
• Engage owners, executives, and office managers to schedule qualified appointments.
• Generate interest in the Coverall Program and secure appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Research local businesses and build targeted prospect lists.
• Maintain detailed CRM records.
• Meet or exceed appointment-setting and activity goals.
