Allegiant Business Group seeks a Sales Agent Trainee for a full-time, independent contractor role in local B2B direct sales. You’ll meet with business owners, explain supplemental insurance options, and grow a defined territory with mentorship and a proven system.

No prior insurance experience is required; we focus on mindset, coachability, and a willingness to learn. Training, licensing support, and strong team backing are provided to help you succeed.

Formación

• No prior insurance experience required; mindset and coachability matter.
• Willling to obtain Health & Life license with company support.
• Coachable, reliable, growth-oriented; able to build relationships face-to-face.
• Proactive in territory development and customer follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance options clearly.
• Build lasting relationships and provide ongoing service.
• Maintain client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with mentors to set goals and grow territory.
