Devine Business Group is seeking a full-time Sales Representative and Field Trainer for a motivated professional in B2B direct sales of supplemental insurance. The role combines sales with training and leadership development to build a strong team and revenue stream.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, with starting draw, commissions, and bonuses. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; in-person sales in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B direct sales, presenting insurance and supplemental coverage solutions to business owners and decision-makers.

• Train, mentor, and support team members in sales systems, field execution, and performance development.
• Track activity and performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding goals while representing Devine Business Group with discipline and integrity.
