Job summary

Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to build and manage a personal book of business. The role focuses on outside sales, relationship building, and providing supplemental insurance solutions to protect clients’ futures.

You will meet business owners and employees, conduct consultations and group presentations, and work with a supportive team to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement available).
• Service-oriented and empathetic.
• Self-driven with strong schedule management.
• Professional, positive and relationship-focused.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1-100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
