Job summary

Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time outside sales role, meeting with business owners and employees to provide supplemental insurance solutions and to build a durable client base.

You will conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations, follow up on leads, and manage your schedule to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with support from your manager. Remote/hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Professional, positive, and relationship-focused.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
