Job summary

QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Stonecrest, GA to grow existing customers and acquire new ones. You will work with the sales team to meet monthly quotas, provide product and technical information, and process orders by phone while ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year B2B experience, strong communication and MS Office skills, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for the company.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
• Determine customer requirements to recommend specific products and solutions.
• Proactively suggest alternate products to improve satisfaction and profitability.
• Present price, credit, and terms per standard procedures.
• Process customer transactions (orders, quotes, returns) over the phone.
• Provide availability information for in-stock items.
• Coordinate shipment dates and delivery expectations with vendors.
• Increase sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Educate customers on features and benefits to improve product sales.
• Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite when needed.
• Fill requests for catalogs, information, or samples.
• Maintain customer files in CRM and identify service trends.
• Communicate demand changes to purchasing; assist in inventory counts.
• Prepare and submit weekly call reports and monthly sales.
