Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to build relationships with small and medium-sized businesses across the country from our Downtown Phoenix office. You’ll drive the full sales cycle, present digital marketing and business management solutions, and help clients grow while hitting revenue targets.

With 2+ years in inside sales, you’ll bring energy, strong communication, and a proven ability to close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience.
• Proven ability to close and exceed quota.
• Strong virtual presentation and communication skills.
• High energy and self-motivation in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience working with SMB clients across industries (preferred).
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outbound outreach through demos and closing.
• Drive outbound activity to generate opportunities with SMB owners nationwide.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand goals and challenges.
• Present tailored digital marketing and business management solutions.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Leverage CRM tools to track activity and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to share best practices and improve team success.
• Focus on new client acquisition in a high-energy inside sales environment.
