Job summary

Townsquare Interactive, LLC is hiring for a Digital Sales Representative in our Downtown Phoenix office. You will participate in hands-on coaching and a structured training program to learn how to position digital marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, driving real results from day one.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, needs discovery, virtual demos, and closing new business with a focus on new client acquisition.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required; eagerness to learn.
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
• Willingness to engage in structured training and development.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform.
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results.
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management).
