Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of inside sales or new business development experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
• Strong prospecting, closing, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach through virtual demos and closing new business
• Drive outbound activity to develop new opportunities with SMBs
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand business goals and marketing challenges
• Present tailored digital marketing solutions with measurable results
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently reach revenue targets
• Leverage CRM data to forecast and improve performance
• Collaborate with leadership to share best practices and elevate team performance
• Focus on new client acquisition in an inside sales environment
