Job summary

JAN-PRO, part of the Empower Brands family, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Las Vegas to generate new commercial cleaning opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and appointment setting. You will qualify leads, engage decision-makers, and coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives to build the sales pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, resilience, and a proactive sales approach, with reliable CRM usage and a track record of meeting activity goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound phone sales or appointment-setting.
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified sales appointments.
• Experience engaging decision-makers, overcoming objections, and qualifying opportunities.
• Experience using CRM to document activities, manage follow-ups, and track performance.
• Ability to meet sales activity and appointment-setting targets consistently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to generate new commercial cleaning opportunities.
• Research prospective businesses and identify key decision-makers for outreach.
• Communicate JAN-PRO's value proposition to prospects and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain CRM records with outreach, follow-ups, and appointment details; ensure data accuracy.
• Schedule approximately 25 qualified appointments monthly for Outside Sales Reps and ensure smooth handoffs.
