Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new revenue growth by generating outbound calls to new B2B prospects for commercial and industrial customers.
• Respond to inbound calls to close business and communicate pricing/terms.
• Complete required paperwork and reports.
• Develop knowledge of services, pricing, and offers for existing customers.
• Utilize prospecting and retention databases and document all activities.
• Meet monthly growth quota and manage existing customer database.
