Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, email, or web.
• Communicate clearly with on-the-road employees to give instructions.
• Answer incoming and place outgoing customer calls.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns within guidelines.
• Monitor and report customer complaints and issues to sales.
• Enter customer data into databases and track information.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions and pricing changes.
• Support back-office tasks and assist the Office Coordinator as needed.
