AppleOne Employment Services in Kent, WA is seeking a direct-hire Inside Sales Specialist to support B2B customers in industrial and building materials environments. You will manage business accounts, prepare quotes, process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, shipping, and outside sales teams to move quotes through delivery.

Qualifications

3–5 years of inside sales or B2B customer service experience.
Experience in wholesale distribution, building materials, construction products, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Ability to prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer follow-up.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or order-management systems.

Responsibilities

Support B2B customers by responding to inquiries, understanding needs, and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
Prepare quotes, enter and process customer orders, and follow up to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Research products, pricing, availability, inventory, and order status using ERP, CRM, or order-management systems.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, shipping, and outside sales teams to keep orders moving from quote through delivery.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, product questions, backorders, or discrepancies.
Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and professional support.
