Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to retail customers via walk-in, phone, and email.
• Assist with product selection, pricing, availability, returns, and exchanges.
• Actively promote and sell building materials, products, services, and related solutions.
• Prepare material estimates and quotes for decks, fences, stairs, sheds, and other small-scale construction projects.
• Enter customer orders accurately and coordinate delivery scheduling.
• Manage daily workload to meet productivity, project, and team goals.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, including workshops and educational events.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist with store merchandising, signage, inventory management, stocking, and housekeeping.
