Job summary

Floorplan Xpress is seeking an Account Executive in Phoenix, AZ for a field-based, full-time role focused on new business acquisition. You will hunt for new accounts, manage a pipeline, and close deals with independent dealers and other business clients.

You will travel within your territory, engage decision-makers, and maintain CRM activity to support forecasting and handoffs to internal teams. This is not retail or account-management work.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outside sales or business development.
• Proven hunter-style sales success with cold outreach and pipeline creation.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound activity and rejection.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, emails, in-person visits, networking, and social outreach.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and close new independent dealer and business accounts.
• Conduct discovery conversations and tailor solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new-business targets.
• Travel within territory to meet prospects and attend events.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting data in the CRM.
• Coordinate handoff of new accounts to internal teams after closing.
