Floorplan Xpress in Chicago, IL is looking for an Account Executive to drive new business development as a true B2B hunter. You will build a pipeline from scratch with cold calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking to close new accounts.

You will travel within your territory, manage a robust pipeline, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly new-business targets. This role requires effective communication, resilience, and a focus on hunting rather than account management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outside sales or business development.
• Hunter-style sales success with cold calling and prospecting.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, emails, in-person visits, networking, and social outreach.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and close new independent dealer and business accounts.
• Conduct discovery conversations and present tailored solutions.
