Job summary

UniFirst, a global leader in uniform rental and facility service solutions, is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative for the Wisconsin Rapids area. You will drive new business growth through prospecting, on-site assessments, and tailored proposals to secure multi-year service agreements.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, benefits, and career growth into sales management.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory via cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
