UniFirst is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in a Florida territory. You will prospect, conduct on-site assessments, and close multi-year service agreements with business clients.

You will maintain CRM data, hit monthly quotas, and collaborate with operations for seamless onboarding, with a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; self-motivated and receptive to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
