Orkin Commercial is hiring an Outside Sales Rep in Honolulu. You’ll promote pest-control solutions to diverse industries, build lasting relationships, and drive growth with a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and set expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
