Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join the Commercial sales team. You’ll showcase Orkin’s pest solutions to diverse industries with a focus on safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and leverage training to deliver effective pest management solutions for businesses, contributing to a mission‑driven company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of customer’s commercial properties.
