Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team in California. This role combines competitive drive with teamwork, offering high-performance commissions and a pathway to leadership while supporting a mission-driven brand with award-winning training.

You’ll help protect businesses by selling pest prevention solutions, building trusted client relationships, and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of customer’s commercial property and explain findings
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized
