Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to grow commercial pest-control business. You’ll represent a trusted brand, sell Orkin’s products to diverse industries, and advance through award-winning training.

You’ll start with a base plus uncapped commission and a company vehicle after training. With excellent earning potential—estimated first-year earnings of $60,000 to $120,000 USD annually—you’ll join a team that values safety, professionalism and integrity, while enjoying a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting client business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property and recommend solutions.
