Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You will leverage a strong brand and industry leadership to sell pest control solutions to diverse industries, with an emphasis on building trusted customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will work with a high-performance team, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions, and enjoy benefits including a company vehicle, training, and opportunities for career growth within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and uphold safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of commercial properties and propose solutions.
