Job summary

Orkin, a leader in pest control, seeks an Outside Sales Rep to drive growth for its Commercial team. You’ll represent a trusted brand, win new business, and maintain key accounts. The role blends field sales, problem solving, and customer care in a recession-resistant industry.

Orkin provides a company vehicle, tech tools, and a robust benefits package. No pest control experience is required to start and training is provided. Regional assignments offered, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required.
• Sales or customer relationship management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ properties and prepare recommendations.
