Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and hold the sales team accountable (12-15 direct reports).
• Provide ongoing sales coaching to reps.
• Participate in closing large deals and key opportunities.
• Develop, implement and manage team processes and strategies.
• Drive the team to hit sales targets across multiple service lines.
• Set individual revenue and activity goals for team members.
• Assist team with prospecting plans and time management.
• Manage departmental budgeting and forecasting.
• Utilize Salesforce as a coaching and performance tool.
• Resolve complex customer problems and escalations.
• Collaborate with marketing on strategic campaigns.
