Job summary

RISE Financial is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive sales and develop new hires in a dual role. You will engage potential clients, build lasting relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver training to the team.

The position emphasizes mentorship, ongoing development, and a fast-paced sales cycle. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in B2B sales, some training experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in B2B sales with proven target achievement.
• Experience mentoring or training is preferred, but coaching potential is valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through in-person activities and referrals.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business.
• Present, promote, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet targets.
• Deliver training programs to new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
