As an Outside Sales Rep, you will assess customer needs, present pest management solutions, and build trusted relationships while meeting sales goals. A company vehicle, base pay plus uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits back your success.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of client properties and present recommended solutions.
