Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a leading pest control brand, top-notch training, and a rewards structure to drive new business across industries.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, a paid benefits package, and opportunities for leadership growth; no industry experience required—training provided.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin\'s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and uphold standards.
• Build trusted relationships and protect customer business with effective solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
