Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to sell pest control services to a variety of industries. You will understand our offerings, inspect properties, and propose solutions designed to prevent pests while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Top performers can earn $60K–$120K in the first year with base pay plus uncapped commission; company vehicle and tech tools are provided, along with a full benefits package and retirement options.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Win over customers with confidence and care, building trusted relationships as a partner.
• Meet sales goals by prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of commercial properties.
• Provide recommendations based on inspections and address customer questions.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad.
