Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You will understand Orkin’s products and services, propose strategic pest prevention solutions, and build trusted client relationships.

You’ll drive sales through new business and existing leads, use marketing tools, and conduct inspections to tailor recommendations. You’ll receive award-winning training and a comprehensive benefits package as you grow with a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and present recommended solutions.
