Orkin invites driven professionals to join its Commercial sales team as Outside Sales Reps. You’ll promote pest management solutions to diverse industries, building trusted relationships and safeguarding client properties.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and integrity, with training provided and no industry experience required to start. A competitive base and uncapped commissions drive strong earning potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized
