Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee in a full-time, independent contractor role. You’ll meet with local business owners to discuss supplemental insurance and help protect their teams, while building your client book in a mentorship-driven environment.

You'll receive hands-on field training, licensing support, and a path to long-term advancement. Compensation is commission-based with a weekly base draw and incentives; agents average $65,000–$85,000 per year.

• Able to manage time and follow systems
• Interested in building a long-term career
• Willing to obtain a Health & Life license (support provided)

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce
• Work closely with mentors to set goals and grow steadily
• Expand territory through referrals and community connections
