Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our Reading, PA branch at 170 Corporate Dr. You will support B2B sales, build customer relationships, and communicate the value of our inventory management solutions using a consultative approach.

You will develop new partnerships, grow existing accounts, and coordinate resources to respond to customer needs. The role includes local sales calls in a company vehicle and a training program designed to set you up for long-term success.

Qualifications

Possess a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field OR have customer service or industry-related work experience.

Responsibilities

Supporting B2B sales and customer service activities
Providing value through a consultative sales approach
Developing new and growing existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs
Performing local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
Performing other duties to ensure branch success
