Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager for our Perrysburg, OH franchise. You will manage client relationships, drive retention and expansion, and oversee contracts with clients and contractors to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing service strategies, coordinating staffing, and negotiating additional services while maintaining strong communication with Sales and Operations. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years sales and management in building maintenance or facility services.
• 3+ years track record in client retention with measurable goals.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship-building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
• Willingness to travel daily to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, retention, and account expansion.
• Develop service strategy and client-specific schedules.
• Negotiate and contract additional services; set pricing and logistics.
• Oversee contractors: hiring, pricing, terms, and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction via inspections and follow-through.
• Supervise Night Managers and ensure services are performed.
• Coordinate staffing and procure supplies for clients.
• Maintain client communications and resolve issues.
• Use CRM for inspections and billing-related tasks.
• Update BIS, FSM summaries, and MSDS labeling.
• Notify Sales of potential accounts in territory.
