Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager for our Perrysburg, Ohio franchise to oversee B2B client accounts, drive retention, and expand services within existing contracts. You will develop tailored service plans, manage pricing and scheduling, and coordinate with Night Managers and Contractors to deliver reliable facility solutions.

This role requires strong selling skills, relationship building, and daily travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years sales and management in building maintenance or facility management.
• 3+ years track record in client retention with measurable results.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to travel daily to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion of City Wide services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, staffing, and logistics with clients.
• Oversee Contractor relationships: hiring, pricing, compliance, and service specs.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through on promises.
• Direct Night Managers and ensure services align with the client strategy and are performed correctly.
• Communicate client issues to Contractors and the Director of Operations.
• Maintain CRM records, BIS, and planning documents; schedule non-routine activities.
• Participate in monthly paydays and support collections as needed.
