Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Virginia Beach seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations of an assigned client base and to manage outside B2B accounts with a focus on retention and growth. The role includes field support, training, site visits, and coordinating contractor performance.

The position requires building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high client satisfaction while using CRM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B account management experience.
• 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services.
• Manage all Contractor relationships including interviewing, pricing, contracts, and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through.
• Supervise and direct Night Managers; ensure services are performed correctly.
• Promote sale of, procure, and monitor supplies for clients.
• Communicate client issues with Contractors and the Director of Operations.
• Use City Wide’s CRM to perform client inspections and related tasks.
• Schedule non-routine activities using Outlook.
• Update BIS, FSM Summary Sheets, and Exhibit A’s; maintain MSDS labeling.
• Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts.
• Develop plans with leadership to resolve complaints and monitor compliance.
• Approve pay sheets and assist Accounting with invoices.
• Maintain route sheets and monthly planners.
