InStride is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead its events as a strategic B2B growth channel. This role owns the strategy and execution of InStride’s event portfolio, partnering with Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline and engage target accounts.

The ideal candidate blends event execution with a broad B2B marketing mindset, connecting events to integrated campaigns, content, digital channels and Sales activation for maximum ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with events ownership.
• Experience managing complex in-person and virtual events end-to-end.
• CRM/marketing automation/ABM platforms experience.
• Account-based marketing and target-account activation preferred.
• Creative, analytical, resourceful and curious with improvement mindset.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and project management.

Aufgaben

• Own integrated event strategy across sponsored, hosted, in-person, virtual events and webinars.
• Define objectives, target accounts and personas, activation plan and success metrics.
• Plan and execute customer, prospect, executive and third-party events.
• End-to-end event execution including sponsorships, vendors, registration, messaging, materials, staff, budgets.
• Develop Sales activation strategies with BDRs for target accounts and follow-up.
• Use insights to optimize future event investments and ROI.
• Maintain the events calendar and portfolio view aligned to GTM priorities.
• Travel may be required.
