You'll train with mentors, build a career path toward Account Manager and leadership roles, and have opportunities to expand into more markets. The role includes paid training, performance-based incentives, and weekly commissions as you grow.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license is required.
• Reliable personal vehicle is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.
• Preferred: experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar roles.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn our customer consultation process with mentors.
• Travel within an assigned territory (typically ~30 miles from the office).
• Build skills to handle larger portfolios and advance your career.
