Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Account Managers in Richardson to serve local businesses. You’ll review energy plans, compare supplier options, and grow a portfolio through renewals and new business.

You will build relationships with business owners, explain options, and pursue opportunities to reduce energy costs while earning commissions and residual income. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsabilités

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
